    Job Description

    We are seeking a Revenue Manager to join our team. You will report to the Director of Revenue. We are looking for someone who has prior in-depth experience in Revenue, self-motivated, has great inter-personal skills, work well with cross-functional teams and who thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

    What will you do:

    •            Read, analyze, and interpret general revenue related documents and contracts

    •            Recognize problems, gather data, draw valid conclusions and effectively present information to management and stake holders

    •            Review Revenue sales order booking

    •            Perform review of revenue contracts, SOWs and other legal documents to ensure alignment with the company Revenue policies & ASC 606

    •            Collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, Legal and Order Management teams to ensure Revenue Sales orders are booked, fulfilled and accounted for appropriately

    •            Prepare Revenue deal checklist packages to include Sales order documents and contracts, retrieving shipment and fulfilment documents and deal specific invoicing and revenue accounting information

    •            Working with Order Management and Sales teams to resolve issues of inadequate evidence

    •            Participate in the monthly/quarterly accounting close cycle which includes review and release of Revenue sales orders in the revenue accounting system to ensure order related data accuracy and proper revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606 accounting standards

    •            Manage & oversee Quarterly Internal & External audit and SOX reviews

    •            Initiate & drive process improvements or automation, system enhancement projects as and when required

    •            Coach and mentor team members

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    •           Should have minimum of 7 to 10 years of overall experience mostly in Revenue as per US GAAP, CPA preferred.

    •            Ability to proactively work in a high volume and driven environment

    •            Team manager with strong interpersonal, communication and messaging skills

    •            Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills required

    •            Salesforce, Oracle, OpenAir, Zuora (RevPro) knowledge a plus

    Minimum Salary: $120,000. Final salary will be determined commensurately with cost of living, experience level, and/or any other legally permissible considerations. Incentive Compensation: Eligibility for annual bonus subject to individual and company performance; eligibility for award of Restricted Stock Units subject to eligibility requirements, approval from Mandiant’s Compensation Committee, and vesting terms
