ManeHire has partnered with a facility looking to hire a Clinician. Clinical services include comprehensive assessments, individual, couple, family, and group therapy, and coordination with providers. Clinicians commit to Evidence-Based Practice and goal-directed care in providing direct services to clients. They participate in clinical team meetings and supervision, continue education, formulate collaborative treatment plans, measure progress toward set outcomes, and coordinate treatment with a multidisciplinary team.

• Bilingual/bicultural candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Master’s Degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Independent Licensure OR License-Eligible and working toward Independent Licensure.
• Massachusetts CANS certification.
• Experience providing clinical services with children, adolescents, and/or adults.
• Team-based collaborative and goal-directed approach to client care.
• Broad knowledge of mental health diagnoses and evidence-based treatment techniques.
• Willing and able to work on-site in Springfield at least 20% of the time.
• Internship or professional experience in an Outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR,) telehealth platforms, PC/Windows computers, Microsoft Office programs, and email systems.
