    DRIVER Description Job Scope Operate vehicles (driving, parking and staging) in support of sale day events and general auction operations. Includes movement of vehicles on auction property. Key Responsibilities Operate all vehicles in a safe manner and in compliance with all applicable company policy and procedures and traffic laws and regulations Observe rules of the road and demonstrate courtesy and defensive driving techniques Drive assigned vehicles through auction lanes on sale days Drive and park vehicles on auction property Drive vehicles to and from customer dealerships and other customer locations as assigned Align and park vehicles in proper order as directed Provide assistance in movement of inoperable vehicles when directed Provide direct customer service to dealer reps, account representatives, rental agents, etc., as required Comply with all jobs related safety and health procedures Perform other job related duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications Education & Specialized Knowledge High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Valid Driver's License Ability to drive vehicles with standard or automatic transmission Experience Previous automotive auction experience preferred AUCTION BLOCK SPECIALIST Description Job Scope: Record and verify information, process documents and provide client service and auctioneer support during and after sales of vehicles up for auction. Key Responsibilities: Record lane and Simulcast bid amounts and enter client related data in computer system. Provide assistance to auctioneer with monitor operation, information verification and bid review. Process bills of sale as required. Notify supervisor of client or system issues in support of efficient resolution and continuation of sale. Verify invoices for accuracy, appropriate bid amount, correct buyer information, etc. Resolve sales price discrepancies or refer to supervisor as appropriate Observe all job related safety and health procedures. Update Announcements, Notes and appropriate Lights as instructed Perform other job related duties as assigned by supervisor. Minimal travel may be required Education & Specialized Knowledge: High School Diploma or equivalent Effective communications, problem solving and organizational skills Ability to remain focused and composed in fast paced sale day environment Experience: 6 months to 1 year clerical, office and/or client service work experience preferred. Qualifications Education & Specialized Knowledge High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Valid Driver's License Ability to drive vehicles with standard or automatic transmission Experience Previous automotive auction experience preferred
