Fulfillment Associate in Santa Monica (Los Angeles) to start asap *** Role description ManiMe is looking for a Fulfillment Team members to work in fulfillment and office operations in Santa Monica, California. This is an opportunity to learn and grow from the ground up at a fast-growing technology start-up! We are looking for candidates with retail, operations, logistics, or fulfillment experience. This hands-on position would suit a self-motivated, high-energy, "jack of all trades" type individual who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment. A team player is a must, and any previous experience you have (managing, sports teams, school teams) is relevant. You'll be an integral part of our Operations team, with the ability to make your mark directly. We'll train you on our current processes, and it will be your job to improve upon them! This position is located at our Santa Monica office location (in person availability required, this is not a remote position). What You'll Do Operate our laser cutting machinery (training will be provided) Fulfillment of orders: picking, packing, shipping - you'll be working directly with our team to hit and exceed daily goals. Manage supplies and inventory, including receiving, and reporting Look for opportunities to maximize productivity and team success Standing and light lifting may be required - up to 50lbs Who You Are Team player, energetic and willing to make our team the best it can be High interpersonal communication skills, both written and spoken High level of organizational skills and ability to handle time-sensitive tasks Ability to remain focused in a demanding environment Great teammate, flexible and collaborative Hands on, ready to roll up your sleeves Experience with Slack, ShipStation, and Shopify are a plus!
