We’re currently seeking a skilled, enthusiastic, and licensed Manicuring Instructor to join our team and help aspiring nail technicians thrive in their careers.

Responsibilities:

Teach and mentor students in all areas of manicuring, including nail care, nail art, sanitation, and state board preparation

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in line with California State Board requirements

Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback

Maintain a positive and professional classroom environment

Ensure compliance with all school policies and state regulations

Stay current on industry trends and techniques to bring fresh insights to the classroom

Qualifications:

Current California Manicuring License or Cosmetology License

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the nail industry

Prior teaching or training experience strongly preferred

Passion for education and student success

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Ability to motivate and inspire students of all backgrounds
