Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a GIS Specialist for a 100% remote position based in Gahanna, OH.

• Advanced GIS expert with responsibilities for GIS staff and work product oversight.
• Monitors staff workload.
• Oversight of quality control on work performed by GIS staff.
• Provides technical expertise regarding data analysis and visualization to lower level GIS staff.
• Understanding of database development and management.
• Leading development of protocols and analysis procedures.
• Identifies and implements appropriate methods and techniques for GIS projects.

Skills

• Bachelor’s or Associates degree in GIS, Computer Science, Geography, Civil Engineering, Drafting or related field
• 5 year related GIS experience
• ArcGIS Desktop/ArcPro, Portal, Web App Builder Developer Edition, GeoEvent Servers and Esri Mobile tools such as Survey123 and Collector would be required.
• Also, familiarity with Python, JSON, and Arcade languages would be helpful.
