Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a UX Designer for a remote position.

- Apply systems thinking principles to design holistic, cohesive experiences considering the entire user journey across multiple touchpoints and channels.
- Demonstrate mastery of visual design principles, creating engaging and visually appealing interfaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
- Conduct usability testing and research to identify pain points and areas for improvement, iterating on designs to optimize the user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives, identifying user needs and business requirements.
- Use a data-driven approach to problem-solving, leveraging user research, analytics, and feedback to inform design decisions.
Requirements
- 7 to 9 years of experience designing for web and mobile, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your experience creating user-centered design solutions.
- Ideally 3+ years of experience in Enterprise UX (Enterprise) / Consumer design (Consumer)
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, Excel or other team management tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
