Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a Cloud Engineer for a hybrid position in Columbus, OH.

• Administer and optimize all existing cloud-based ecommerce daily operations, ensuring a secure and reliable environment for our customers and franchise partners.
• Implement and maintain comprehensive monitoring of the environment and partner with respective teams for effective automated alerting.
• Establish anomaly parameters and oversee the response and repair of alerts.
• Lead recovery efforts during critical hardware or software failures.
• Execute thorough root-cause analysis and implement all opportunities to avoid repeat scenarios.
• Gauge the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems/services; assist in development and implementation strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
• Lead the creation of a mature disaster recovery plan and execute periodic coordinated disaster recovery tests.
• Build, maintain, and present cloud architecture diagrams and documentation which represent the cloud ecosystem.
• Serve as the liaison and primary relationship manager with external cloud partners who deliver system-related products and services.
• Provide oversight and support of the cloud data management strategy, systems, and techniques.
• Actively monitor the cloud industry for new trends and technologies.
• Provide consultative direction and strategy for the organization roadmap.
• Execute exploratory adoption tests and lead full adoption implementation as advised.

Minimum requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in cloud engineering.
• Some experience with Cloud DevOps and Cloud Network.
• Experience in various aspects of cloud technology
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
