Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a Business Analyst/QA Analyst for an onsite position in Columbus, OH.

• Responsible for identifying, defining, planning, coordinating, and executing requirements of the rewrite and technology upgrade of an application. T
• Responsible for all testing throughout development before system is released to the users.
• Leads and/or assists with project scoping and business process reengineering under the general direction of an Application Manager.
• Required to review and provide feedback on specifications, requirements and process flows as needed.
• Expected to have significant applicable experience in process development and reengineering.
• Expected to troubleshoot existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary.
• Expected to be able to create system documentation of existing system functionality.
• Expected to lead acceptance testing sessions with the customer for the assigned project.
• Occasional work during non-standard hours may be required.
• Expected to maintain standards and processes applicable to the analysis and documentation required of the business analyst group.
• Expected to operate within our agile methodologies and SAFe methods and learnings across the team.
• Expected to conduct daily activities with the utmost professionalism: create a positive and collaborative work environment with every interaction.
• Requirements analysis, documentation, and communication, for the assigned application rewrite project with local and remote team members.
• Leadership and development support for those projects, as needed.
• Scoping and estimation, and/or business process reengineering for application upgrade.
• Liaison between IT and application users as needed.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or Information Technology
• 3-5 years of experience
  
• Requires experience with standard software development project management processes using Agile methodologies.
  
• Requires experience with standard analysis and documentation techniques (user stories, business rules, process diagrams, etc.).
  
• Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, people skills, presentation skills, and facilitation skills.
• Requires the ability to assess and prioritize the customers’ needs and root problems.
• Requires ability to facilitate meetings between analysts and individuals from within the business.
  
• Requires ability to closely manage others’ expectations, inside and outside of IT.
  
• Ability to gain both a broad and a deep understanding of business operations, processes, problems, and needs, to the level necessary to facilitate the rewrite and application upgrade for the assigned application.
• Requires working as the main QA tester for the project
