Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a Change Management Consultant for a remote position.

• Oversee activities focused on driving culture changes by helping leaders achieve sustainable performance improvements through building greater capability for change within their workforces and teams.
• Conduct organizational readiness assessment, evaluate results and present summary of findings prior to recommending change plan to project team and senior leaders.
• Understand and advise leadership team on Organizational Development, Change or Behavioral Change Issues that may need to be addressed for a successful roll-out.

Skill Set:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proven success in leading, managing change and motivating others.
• Strong project management skills with experience on large-scale projects/programs implementing technical infrastructures.
• Change Management certification or designation desired.
