    We have an immediate opening for Call Center Representative(Work from Home) in Scranton, PA.

    WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU:

    • Pay Rate:13/hr
    • Contract Duration: Temp to Hire
    • Weekly Paychecks
    • Schedules: 8am-5pm EST Monday to Friday

     

    What is the Job?

    • Customer Care and Satisfaction and Customer Care
    • Help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services

    REQUIREMENTS:

    High School Diploma or GED

     

    Hiring: Call Center Agent Pay Rate: $13/hr, Location: 25 Lakeview Dr. Jessup, PA 18434 Shift: Day shift Monthly Bonus Structure: Will pay them a premium of $2/hr for coming to the office and $1/hr if they maintain a 90% attendance (this is calculated every month). What is the job? Provide customer service to clients and handle inbound calls enquiries. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely fashion following established guidelines. Elevates issues to next level of supervision, as appropriate. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check. High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
