Job Description

Key Responsibilities: o    Focus on reports and metrics that identify needed product and exceptions to delivery schedule of Finished Goods into Distribution Center o    Track ATS reports accuracy and maintain report showing planned delivery against actual delivery of FG’s each month, work on root cause analysis for delivery improvement.  o    Analyze and provide new distribution options to meet company goals o    Maintain report that shows DC’s space utilization, turns reports, and the relocation of slow-moving, and or relocation of fast moving products o    Responsible for the Daily upkeep and maintenance of the Gemba Board and subsequent reports and activates tied to the Gemba Board          Qualifications o    Minimum 3 years’ experience in Distribution/ Supply Chain / Supply Planning or related field o    Experience with ERP/MRP processes and systems o    Strong analytical skills, able to deal with large amount of data, in multiple formats, consolidating all data and showing ability to identify and prioritize focus areas o    Excel skills are essential o    Creative problem solver, team player, excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills o    Experience in medical devices a plus o    POWER BI EXPERIENCE A PLUS
