Manpower is looking for a Night Shift representative to join our team! We are a dedicated staffing team located on-site at one of our premier clients, Nike Air MI.
As our Night Shift manager, you will be the face of Manpower for one of our top clients, Nike Air MI. You'll be engaging directly with both Nike leadership and our Manpower associates. As a Manpower representative, your role is to provide the utmost quality of service to both Nike, but also to our associates.

Job Responsibilities: • Engaging, coaching, and managing Manpower associates • Daily touch-bases with Nike leadership to collect feedback and address appropriately • Conducting new hire orientation for Manpower associates • Assisting with the recruiting process • Tracking attendance, voicemails and coaching conversations • Managing client relationships with production Supervisors, Leads and Trainers This position will be starting as an in-house contractor with the potential for direct hire.
