    Job Description

    Are you a California resident looking for work from home doing call center work? Do you enjoy helping people? What’s in it for you: ● Full time hours ● REMOTE position (work from home) ● Languages Supported: Spanish Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese (ANY REQUIRED) ● 1st Shift: 8:00am – 6:00pm (schedule REQUIRES) ● Competitive wages starting at $15.50/hour What you’ll be doing: ● Answer incoming calls for a high-volume call center ● Assist callers with filing claims ● Data entry ● Research and verify claims for accuracy Who we’re looking for: ● Previous Customer Service experience with a minimum of 1 year REQUIRED (Call Center Preferred) ● Tech Savvy – Computer Proficient ● Great attitude and ability to work in a team ● Ability to prioritize tasks and execute multiple productive activities ● High school diploma or equivalent (such as a GED) ● Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance Stop your job search and apply today.
