Regional protein processing & packaging facility seeks an experienced Processing Supervisor on the 2nd shift. The company offers, a state of the art facility, no work on Sat & Sun 75% of monthly healthcare premiums is paid for by the company and one will work 11:00am-8:00pmCT, M-F.

Professional that has 3-5 years of current, or recent, experience working in a USDA-regulated facility is desired. A proven leader of employees who is not only task-oriented but able to envision, work towards, & lead others towards future growth. Anticipating future roadblocks, based on experience, and training employees for their success in their role(s).

Working directly with plant Leadership on production challenges, goals, & safety is key so communication must be a strength. Understanding the “why” something needs to be done will result in success for the company, their customers, & their employees.

The compensation range for this role is up to $80,000 base per year plus bonus potential of up to 15%. Leading a team of 15-30 employees as it pertains to payroll, scheduling, training, etc. If a professional speaks Spanish that would be helpful but not required. Some relocation assistance will be offered for non-local professionals, total of 5-6K.
