Our innovative plastic injection molding manufacturing client is poised for growth in the Medical Device and Aerospace industries. We are looking for a Production Manager who will oversee the production process and coordinates all activities to ensure necessary resources are on hand to meet customer's scheduled needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead overall production of plastic injection molded products
• Ensure health and safety regulations are met
• Plan and organize production schedules
• Track maintenance projects and PMs in coordination with Maintenance
• Develop workflow policies and procedures to improve efficiencies
• Set KPIs and Production goals for the team

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years in Manufacturing Supervision
• 2+ years in a plastic injection molding environment
• High School diploma
• BS in industrial engineering or a related field is preferred
