Responsibilities
- Manually enter data from source documents into internal systems or databases
- Verify, review, and correct data for accuracy and completeness
- Compare entered data against original documents to ensure consistency
- Organize, update, and maintain digital and/or physical records
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive or proprietary information
- Post payments to client accounts
Requirements
- YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CREDIT CHECK
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry, data processing, or administrative work
- Basic computer literacy (typing, email, spreadsheets, databases)
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with document management systems
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency
