As a Manual Machinist, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual machining equipment, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations.
• Measure and inspect finished products to ensure they meet required tolerances and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Manual Machinist or similar role.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of machining tools and techniques.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
