We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join our team in Louisville, KY,. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining manual machining equipment to produce high-quality components that meet our specifications. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual lathes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Measure and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Manual Machinist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Salary info:

$29 - $34 / hr
