Job Title : Sales Consultant - Community

Reports to : Development Sales Manager
General Summary : Primary purpose is to guide clients and realtors through our Development sales processes, both speculative and pre-sold. Maintain and grow a strong client base for future referrals and find new relationships to maintain a healthy pipeline for future deals.
We are specifically seeking an individual with high levels of drive and sales competency, with a passion for connecting with people to gain trust and rapport with our clients. Must be able to adjust quickly to changes and be willing to work nights and weekends.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
- Sales Budget – Understand and own monthly sales goals per community and market, maintain a business plan as the market conditions change to adhere to budgeted goals
- Traffic/ Lead Conversion – Generate leads within the market to convert to sales, maintain a healthy network and increase relationships within the industry to fulfill the appropriate amount of traffic needed to hit all sales goals. Monitor sales conversion rate to understand if the current business plan will be successful. Maintain a sales conversion rate of 25% or higher
- Planning and Forecasting – Become an expert in the market to understand competition, months supply of inventory, gaps in the market and upcoming trends in order to properly plan and assist in amenity packages and price points for speculative homes
Basic Job Duties
- Update all traffic in CRM and stay committed to follow up process until end of file
- Show up to all scheduled showings through Showing Time and Zillow leads
- Outside networking and attendance at necessary company and industry events
- Communicate with clients at designated timeframes, to inform production progress
- Understand and assist in saving all necessary documentation onto the server
- Maintain a positive upbeat attitude while greeting any walk through traffic, understand the necessity of capturing all walk through traffic
Basic Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent

Work environment and schedule:
- Full Time 40+ hours Office Hours 7-5 M-Tr/ 7-12 F, nights and weekends
