Job Title

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS MANAGER

Job Summary

The Information Technology Systems Manager will manage and direct the company’s information technology (IT) operations, ensuring the department provides efficient and effective technical support service.

Reporting Responsibilities

· Reports to the CFO.

Supervisory Responsibilities

· Indirect – Provide production related direction to personnel working on assigned production lines.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Implementation, development, and support of ERP and IT systems
• Handle end users’ desktop requests and elevate to 3rd Party as needed.
• Manage ERP hosted services (ERP hosted network) relationship.
• Analyze, document, and improve business processes by leveraging ERP and IT systems capabilities.
• Implement and support technology deployment to administration, shop floor and operational functions.
• Develop and maintain ERP systems including security and updates.
• Develop and maintain written SOPs for ERP and IT systems and processes.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards based on user requests and analysis of business needs.
• Develop training protocols and provide training for users.
• Willingness to support users with after hours and weekend calls as needed.
• Implement, development, and support use of EDI with customers, 3rd party warehouses, and vendors.
• Keep ERP and IT systems updated by proactively maintaining upgrades and system enhancements.

Education and Experience

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field

· 3 to 5 years of experience working in manufacturing environment supporting systems such ERP, WMS, MES and EDI, including implementation.

· Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure and security

Physical Requirements

· Ability to lift to 30 lbs.

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
