    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team. Interior Designers highly recommended In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. We are a well-established residential & commercial manufacturer of cabinetry, vanities, and closets. We are seeking experienced and talented individuals to showcase our complete line of products to our customers. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals. Studio haus is seeking a professional, detailed oriented, and motivated individual to fill a full-time cabinetry sales representative.

    Our ideal candidate for this position should have an outgoing and friendly personality while being able to support the design team and management.

    Responsibilities

    Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers

    Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory

    Meet or exceed designated sales targets

    Create and implement an effective sales strategy

    Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program

    Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales

    Required to collaborate with Contractors, Architects, and Builders. Establish, developer, and maintain business relationships with existing and prospective clients.

    Contract review. Managing all paperless folders, and operating “Google Workspace” including Updating CRM, and setting up all share folders / documents setup.

    Qualifications

    High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

    Previous experience in outside sales

    Excellent negotiation and customer service skills

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    A positive attitude and ability to be persistent

    Construction industry experience is a plus. Excellent oral and written skills required.

    Proficient level of understanding and ability to read and understand construction documents, drawings, and excellent attention to detail

    Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows/Apple based software programs. Must be comfortable with paperless systems.

    Being able to communicate over the phone and emails effectively while achieving professionalism.
