    The Manufacturing Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative support to the

    manufacturing department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role requires strong

    organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced

    environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent

    communication and computer skills.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide general administrative support to the manufacturing team leaders, including

    answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.

    • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents.

    • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both physical and electronic.

    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

    • Order and maintain office supplies and manufacturing-related supplies.

    • Support with the processing of expense reports.

    • Assist with data entry and creation of documentation, as requested, such as work

    instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

    • Assist with coordination of orders, whether meals or incoming supplies and deliveries, as

    well as returns.

    • Support the organization with safety initiatives and compliance with company policies

    and regulations.

    • Act as a liaison between the manufacturing department and the Executive Administrative

    Assistant, as well as other functional areas.

    • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.

    • Proven experience in an administrative support role

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

    • Ability to learn new software's and systems.

    • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

    Desired Skills and Qualifications:

    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

    • Experience in a manufacturing environment.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.

    • Ability to lift and carry up to15 pounds.

    • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, which may include exposure to noise,

    dust, and varying temperatures.
