    Ameritek International, Global Sourcing Full‑Time | Small Manufacturing Environment About the Role We are seeking a hands‑on Manufacturing Assembly Associate to support light mechanical assembly, soldering, and general production work in a fast‑paced, growing manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety—your primary focus will be assembly, but you will also assist in warehouse operations during slower production periods. You will work closely with engineering, production, and warehouse teams to ensure high‑quality builds, accurate documentation, and on‑time customer shipments. Responsibilities: Mechanical & Light Assembly • Perform light mechanical assembly using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures • Complete soldering tasks (wire soldering, small component soldering, rework as needed) • Follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and engineering guidance • Build, test, and package kits, subassemblies, and finished components • Maintain quality standards through visual inspection and functional checks • Support engineering with prototype builds or small assembly projects • Document work accurately and neatly Warehouse Support (as needed) • Assist with picking, packing, and staging customer orders • Help load/unload trucks and receive incoming shipments • Verify incoming product for accuracy, quality, and damage • Label, stock, and organize inventory in the warehouse • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area • Follow all safety procedures and reinforce safe practices General Responsibilities • Uphold quality control procedures and report issues promptly • Support continuous improvement efforts in assembly and warehouse processes • Work collaboratively with team members across departments • Perform other duties as assigned by the Production or Warehouse Manager Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, electronics, or warehouse operations • Experience with hand tools, mechanical assembly, and soldering • Ability to read basic drawings, work instructions, and part lists • Comfortable working in a small, fast‑moving company environment • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
