    Job Overview

    We are currently hiring Manufacturing Assembly Associates for a fast-paced production environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, can maintain attention to detail, and are comfortable working in a manufacturing setting. Team members will be responsible for assembling components, inspecting products for quality, and supporting production goals while following safety standards.

    Available Shifts

    1st Shift- 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

    3rd Shift- 8:00 PM - 7:30 AM

    Schedules may vary based on production needs. Overtime may be required before or after scheduled shifts and on weekends.

    Responsibilities

    • Assemble components and products according to specifications
    • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
    • Operate basic production and assembly equipment
    • Follow work instructions and safety procedures
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area
    • Meet daily production goals and quality expectations
    • Support other production functions as needed

    Qualifications

    • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required
    • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Reliable attendance and punctuality
    • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
