We are looking for a reliable, team-oriented, and physically capable individual who can communicate effectively in English or Spanish to join our team. In this role, you will work with your supervisor and teammates to build top-of-the-line exterior shutters.

Responsibilities:

Learn and build various types of external shutters

Complete requests in a timely fashion while meeting quality standards

Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Communicate effectively in English or Spanish

Must maintain excellent attendance

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Must be at least 18 years of age

Ability to handle physical workload and routinely lift up to 50 lbs with minimal assistance

Ability to work overtime as necessary

Read standard tape measure and use nail guns and various hand tools for assembly

Must be able to legally work in the United States
