We are looking for a Manufacturing Assistant to join our very small Production team. Our team is composed of a dedicated and skilled owner who runs our manufacturing operations, ensuring top-quality products reach our customers. As a Manufacturing Assistant, you'll work in our facility in Hutto, TX, contributing to the creation of products that improve the lives of animals and their owners. This role offers opportunities for growth and skill development as our team expands.

• You enjoy hands-on work and ensuring every detail is perfect to work instruction specifications (you must be able to follow written and verbal instructions)

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the assembly, inspection, and packaging of animal cages and accessories
• Operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment under supervision
• Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Collaborating with the team to improve efficiency and streamline workflows
• Performing other related duties as assigned

Skills you should have:

• Familiarity with basic manufacturing tools and processes (preferred but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to work effectively with the production team
• Willingness to learn new skills, such as operating specialized machinery
