Quality Control & Finishing: Execute detailed post-machining processes, including hand-finishing, deburring, and parts washing to meet precise quality standards.

Logistics & Material Handling: Prepare finished components for shipment by carefully sorting, packaging, and labeling products according to work instructions.

Shop Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the machine shop, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.

Process Improvement: Adhere to all work instructions while actively looking for opportunities to enhance efficiency and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Team Collaboration: Proactively identify and report potential machine issues, such as leaks, and assist maintenance personnel with repairs as needed.

    Required Qualifications

A positive, team-oriented attitude and a strong, reliable work ethic.

Ability to consistently lift and move objects up to 40 lbs throughout the shift.

Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

    Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)

Prior experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.

    Experience operating a forklift.

Familiarity with hand finishing tools (e.g., grinders, sanders, deburring tools).

Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production goals.

    Schedule & Work Arrangement

This position operates on a 9/80 schedule, which offers an excellent work-life balance.

    Available Shifts:

    1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

    2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

The 9/80 Advantage: Over a two-week period, you will work eight 9-hour days and one 8-hour day. This schedule provides you with a bonus off day every other week! Specific days off are coordinated with your direct supervisor.

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
