Manufacturing Associate

$18-$20 an hour+overtime

Manufacturing associates are responsible for assisting with general production needs in accordance with their designated manufacturing areas.

Duties

• Ensure work areas are clean and clear of debris and scrap material, placed in proper receptacles
• Assists with general production labor needs such as:
  1. Grinding or deburring parts
  2. Punching cut parts out of sheet metal
  3. Placing and organizing punch parts onto pallets
  4. Moving material using pallet jack and/or forklift to appropriate work areas
  5. Operating the PEM inserter machine
  6. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including material type and thickness
  7. Skilled in identifying burrs and surface imperfections on metal parts
  8. Proficient in using and reading calipers and other precision measuring tools
  9. Strict adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements
• All other duties as assigned
• Ability to work effectively with limited to no supervision?
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred?
• Ability to communicate verbally
• Willingness to adapt and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand and bend frequently without issue?
• Ability to work in non-climate controlled production environment
