UCS/Spirit - Sporting Goods Manufacturer - Pole Vaulting Poles

We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our team! You will operate and maintain industrial production and processing machinery.

Responsibilities:

Operate, Monitor, Adjust, and Repair specialized industrial machinery

Perform routine preventative maintenance

Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Previous experience in manufacturing, machinery or other related fields preferred (not required)

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment

Ability to handle physical workload

Attention to detail

UCS/Spirit is a composites manufacturer specializing in producing the highest performing vaulting poles in the world since 1987. We are a family business looking to grow our team with an associate who takes pride in their work and wants to join our skilled team. Vaulting pole production is very specific, so we are looking for someone who is willing to learn new skills, working in a team environment. The job will require being on your feet, lifting, reaching, pulling, pushing etc. Previous manufacturing experience helps but is not necessary. We are looking for candidates who wants to grow with our business for many years ahead.
