Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Bilingual English And Spanish to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving any customer needs issues. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
• Completing administrative work, as required
• Conducts reviews on accounts on a regular basis to evaluate clients' needs to match with appropriate products and/or services
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Develop and maintain a positive relationship with customers
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Conducts regular reviews of promotional activities to enhance and identify development potential.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Submit Sales Activity report by 5:30 every Friday

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Fast Thinker
• Experience in Sales Account Management for at least 4 years
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
