Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Bilingual English And Spanish to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving any customer needs issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Completing administrative work, as required
- Conducts reviews on accounts on a regular basis to evaluate clients' needs to match with appropriate products and/or services
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with customers
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Conducts regular reviews of promotional activities to enhance and identify development potential.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Submit Sales Activity report by 5:30 every Friday
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Fast Thinker
- Experience in Sales Account Management for at least 4 years
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
