    We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.

    Must have experience in Wholesale B2B distribution sales in a similar market to the Personal Care/Health and Beauty/Household Goods/Retail Industry.

    Experience in the following:

    • Sell " Personal Care - Health and Beauty - Household Goods" to Key Accounts such as National Grocery Chains, National Discount Store Chains, Pharmacy / Drugstore Chains, Online Sales Companies, Wholesalers and Distributors
    • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
    • Locate and Communicate with National Key Accounts towards achieving sales targets
    • Ensure sales volume is at its maximum, maintaining product mix, and selling price
    • Travel locally and domestically for sales calls, trade shows etc.
    • Experience within the Industry is a must, Bachelor's Degree or higher is a +

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
    • Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
    • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
    • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
    • Report on team and individual performance
    • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
    • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
    • Experience as a supervisor or manager
    • Familiarity with Sales platforms
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
