We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.

Must have experience in Wholesale B2B distribution sales in a similar market to the Personal Care/Health and Beauty/Household Goods/Retail Industry.
Experience in the following:
- Sell " Personal Care - Health and Beauty - Household Goods" to Key Accounts such as National Grocery Chains, National Discount Store Chains, Pharmacy / Drugstore Chains, Online Sales Companies, Wholesalers and Distributors
- Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Locate and Communicate with National Key Accounts towards achieving sales targets
- Ensure sales volume is at its maximum, maintaining product mix, and selling price
- Travel locally and domestically for sales calls, trade shows etc.
- Experience within the Industry is a must, Bachelor's Degree or higher is a +

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
- Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Report on team and individual performance
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
- Experience as a supervisor or manager
- Familiarity with Sales platforms
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to build rapport with clients
