We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Design Engineer to support manufacturing operations, quality control, CNC programming, process improvement, and equipment procurement.

Key Responsibilities

Provide engineering support and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.

Oversee quality inspections and investigate product-quality concerns.

Create CNC G-code programs.

Develop and improve manufacturing processes.

Manage engineering changes (ECNs) and corrective actions.

Review production routings, drawings, job quantities, and manufacturing costs.

Maintain part numbers, routings, material information, and costs within the ERP system.

Source materials, equipment, and machinery parts.

Work with vendors to negotiate pricing, reduce costs, and improve quality.

Recommend new equipment and manufacturing technologies to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required

4+ years of product manufacturing experience

Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software and drafting procedures

CNC machining/programming experience preferred

Strong manufacturing, quality-control, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
