    What You'll Do

    The Manufacturing Engineer performs a crucial role on the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) team at the Tulsa Integration Center (TIC). The Engineer works with Operations to introduce new products, coordinate engineering changes, provide data for Continuous Improvement, and drive process and product improvement initiatives. The engineer is responsible for implementing ECO’s into the manufacturing lines, creating and maintaining work instructions, and providing ongoing floor support. They will work closely with the Hardware Engineering and manufacturing leadership to ensure that builds are completed correctly, materials are consumed correctly, and BOM and work order information is correct.

    Job Duties:

    • Perform NPI (New Product Introduction) functions to support the release and production of new gaming cabinets.

    • Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes and product designs to increase efficiency and quality.

    • Facilitate change throughout manufacturing by driving ECR/ECO implementations and executing Operations change projects.

    • Support Manufacturing efficiency by gathering and maintaining cycle times and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

    • With peer groups, evaluate parts usage and flow to eliminate bottlenecks in Manufacturing and optimize parts usage and material handling.

    • Provide support to the manufacturing team to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and process defects and complete root cause analysis.

    • Drive improvements to production throughput through optimization of production schedules, process flows / layout, component presentation and engineering specifications

    • Create and implement the work instructions to assemble a product.

    What We're Looking For

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or related field

    • 4+ years' experience

    • Experience in a lean manufacturing environment (visual factory, 6S, etc.)

    • Experience with BOMs and ERP systems (SAP, Great Plains, D365, etc.)

    • Experience in a production environment (Automotive, Industrial Electronics, Consumer goods)

    • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and change initiatives

    • Proficiency in standard MS Office PC/software applications

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD

    • Experience with NPI and manufacturing BOM development

    • Experience in part presentation and material handling equipment design and selection (carts, bins, lifts, tuggers, etc.)

    • Experience in Kanban methodologies as applicable to material flow, replenishment systems

    • Knowledge of ergonomics & OSHA standards, golden zone definition

    • LEAN Six Sigma Green or Black Belt

    • Experience with Production Cycles (sequences and timing) and the actions in order to reach the build target

    • Experience in work analysis and optimization (productivity, quality, safety and ergonomic, non- value added activities reduction, etc.)

    • Experience in material flow optimization, handling and packaging, transportation; e.g. design of carts and material flow equipment.

    • Proficiency in work methods techniques, plant layout and work measurement techniques

    Pay Range

    $78,162-$145,158

    Pay Rate Type: Salary

    Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
