Read and interpret drawings to create detailed BOMs, engineering datasheets, and control documentation

Support the Design team to optimize products for manufacturability and customer specifications

Provide engineering support for the layout, design, and evaluation of production equipment

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical and engineering support

Ensure equipment and process designs meet current industry standards and internal engineering guidelines

Assist manufacturing with non-conformance reports (NCRs), dispositions, and issue resolution

Partner with Quality and Materials teams on inspection plans, test stations, and procurement support

Research and implement new equipment designs and support new product line development

Maintain compliance with the facility’s quality management system and inventory control practices

Apply strong CAD, analytical, organizational, and project management skills to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement
