In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing production efficiency, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and systems to enhance productivity.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
    • Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and develop corrective actions.
    • Monitor and analyze production metrics to ensure compliance with quality standards.
    • Assist in the development and maintenance of process documentation and standard operating procedures.
    • Support the introduction of new products into manufacturing, ensuring a smooth transition.
    • Provide technical support and training to production staff on new processes and equipment.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience is required. Typically 5 to 7+ years' experience.
    • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality control methodologies.
    • Proficient in CAD software and other engineering tools.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and embrace new challenges.
