Must have: Process Planning experience in flight control systems (actuator, rudder actuator etc), process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), Solumina and ERP systems

10–15 years of Manufacturing and Process Planning experience in flight control systems (actuator, rudder actuator etc)
Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to ensure manufacturability and resolve issues.
Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, assembly, welding, or fabrication)
Hands-on experience with Solumina and ERP systems
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
