    Job Description

    Zadro Products, Inc. is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service & Order Entry Specialist who can handle Business-to-Consumer order processing and customer service-related matters.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Handle Shopify order fulfillment for all eBay, Amazon seller central, and direct website order processing.
    • Promptly respond to a large volume of inbound calls and emails in a timely manner and resolve customer service inquiries for repairs, issues, and product reviews with friendliness, accuracy, and professionalism. Act as a point person for customers throughout the process.
    • Provide all e-commerce and direct Business-to-Consumer customer service support through effective use of email, LiveChat, phone, and social media.
    • Support Sales and Customer Service teams with heavy data entry, reports, and on-going customer support.
    • Document customer problems and keep track of all on-going issues regarding B2C
    • Create and input orders for direct consumers.
    • Communicate effectively with business owners and customers as well as offer exceptional service to customers with utmost concern and interest.
    • Ensure prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures.
    • Assist in ongoing systems improvements to streamline processes and cross-team efficiency.
    • Track and make changes to website FAQ’s
    • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned and/or needed.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school and two years of related experience, or 4 years of related experience.
    • Ability to deal with difficult or emotional customer situations with a positive, “can do” attitude, enthusiasm, and reliability.
    • Ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere while possessing the flexibility to independently manage own priority workflow and responsibilities.
    • Holds strong oral, organizational, and written communication skills.
    • Results Oriented: Can be counted on to meet and exceed goals successfully.
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities.
    • Strong knowledge of the following software: Database Software (CRM); Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Word Processing Software (Word); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook); EDI, Merchants; CommerceHub; SPS Commerce; Various other programs related to the manufacturing industry; and possess the ability to adapt to program or software updates and/or changes.
