    Job Description

    Dynamic Manufacturing company has an IMMEDIATE Full-Time position available for ORDER ENTRY CLEK in our consumer products facility in Beautiful Huntington Beach!

    This position is primarily responsible for processing wholesale orders, verifying pricing and company compliances as well as processing select drop ship orders off CommerceHub. This position is also responsible for processing invoices and Advanced Ship Notice (ASN) to vendors that require specific items by performing the following duties.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Process payments for credit card accounts associated with orders placed.

    · Process whole sale orders through customer’s portal.

    · Process consumer phone orders, will-call, and website orders, and invoice orders placed.

    · Route and invoice orders through various portals.

    · Pull, process, route, and invoice orders required through the CommerceHub portal.

    · Pull, process, route, invoice, and transmit Advanced Ship Notices (ASN) for wholesale orders, through customers’ portals.

    · Ensure compliance with vendors when orders are shipped.

    · Update and/or confirm all special pricing and/or promotions with the sales team to ensure pricing of processed orders are accurate and to avoid errors/discrepancies with customers’ orders charged.

    · Provide support to the sales team regarding any customer issues; new account setups, payments, and shipping address verifications.

    · Obtain confirmation of pricing on POs and verify other information regarding PO’s with Sales.

    · Communicate, on a weekly basis, with purchasing to verify stock/inventory and to confirm when shipments are due.

    · Communicate RMA Compliance to different departments regarding returned items from wholesale vendors, or samples that are returned, including charge backs.

    · This role has no supervisory duties.

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    · Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education.

    Good written and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. · Experience operating a credit card and postage machine preferred.

    · Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations.

    Previous experience with Merchants and Merchants QuickPAK · Strong knowledge of the following software: Accounting Software (Sage); Database Software (CRM); Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Word Processing Software (Word); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook); EDI, Merchants; CommerceHub; Various other programs related to the manufacturing industry; and possess the ability to adapt to program or software updates and/or changes.
