Looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented, Manufacturing Floor Support Specialist to support daily production and maintenance activities on the shop floor. This is role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of operator reports, ERP data, inventory records, and labeling- while also assisting the maintenance team with work orders and spare parts.

Highlights of the position:
Production Floor Support
- Review and correct operator production reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist operators with production reporting, labeling, and resolving basic ERP or documentation issues.
- Open, close, and maintain production work orders in the ERP system.
- Identify and correct discrepancies in work order data or reporting.
- Monitor labeling for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, and correct any issues.
- Execute cycle counts and reconcile inventory variances.
Maintenance Support
- Create, update, and close maintenance work orders in the ERP system.
- Maintain spare parts inventory accuracy, including issuing, receiving, and stocking parts.
- Assist in identifying and ordering required spare parts in coordination with purchasing.
- Track parts usage and support reorder point tracking and inventory control.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify data entry errors, process gaps, or system issues and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to enhance system usage and floor efficiency.
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with ERP systems strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working on the production floor and interacting with operators and technicians.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
