Our expertise lies in crafting custom stainless fittings and efficiently producing hose assemblies in various quantities. Utilizing advanced CNC machining, we maintain consistent quality across all production batches. Every order is accompanied by comprehensive certificates of conformance, Material Test Reports (MTRs), and thorough inspection reports.

Location: Denver, Colorado
Schedule: Monday- Friday, Flexible hours, Full time
_ Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote_
Compensation: $65,000- $85,000/ year (D.O.E.)

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and correspond with vendors regarding payment inquiries.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and track expenses.
• Post and allocate daily receipts to appropriate accounts.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and manage accounts receivable collections.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with month-end closing procedures.
• Generate financial reports related to accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed.
• Assist with audits and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least 4 years in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
