Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking laborer to join our team. This role is physically demanding and requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks to support our manufacturing process. Pay rate is a starting rate, with minimum guaranteed increases on 1st and 2nd anniversaries.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, including moving materials and equipment.

Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts to meet project deadlines.

Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and loading materials.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.

Communicate effectively with team members

Skills

Reliable transportation to work and attendance at work are mandatory.

Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.

Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required.

Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills to interact with supervisors and coworkers effectively.

Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
