Work with PLC controls and assist in upgrading machinery with new control systems and safety equipment.

Coordinate and oversee 3rd-party service providers when outside repairs are needed.

Order maintenance consumables and ensure tools/parts are available when needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area across the shop.

    Safety Management

Support and enforce all company safety protocols.

Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and assist in safety planning and documentation.

Participate in safety audits and improvements across the facility.

Promote a safety-first culture through daily actions and communication.

    What We’re Looking For:

    Strong work ethic and reliability.

Belief in our company values: Synergy, Integrity, Ambition, Taking Ownership, and having fun!

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

    Excellent communication and customer-service mindset.

Proficiency with computers for documentation and basic PM systems.

Deep understanding of hydraulic and mechanical presses.

Experience with mechanical repair, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical troubleshooting, and PLCs.

Safety management experience is a big plus.
