We’ve teamed up with a well-established food manufacturing company in the Northshore area and they’re seeking a Maintenance Technician to support production equipment and facility operations. This is a hands-on role responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment to keep production running efficiently. Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Work with the maintenance and operations teams to support plant reliability
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and manlifts when needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience OR technical degree/certification in industrial maintenance or electromechanical technology
- Strong multicraft maintenance skills including:
- Mechanical systems
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Hydraulics and pneumatics
- PLC/HMI troubleshooting
- Automation or robotics experience preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
