Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations across multiple shifts
• Develop and mentor production supervisors and frontline staff
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve throughput and reduce waste
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams to support operational goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field required; Master’s preferred
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in leading high-performance teams
• Strong background in lean manufacturing and operational excellence
