Manufacturing Manager / Production Manager

My client, a specialty chemistry manufacturer in Montana, is hiring a Manufacturing Manager to lead site operations across two locations. This is a chance to shape a growing manufacturing organization, drive continuous improvement, and build a high-performing team.

What you'll be doing

• Lead daily manufacturing operations through supervisors and team leads
• Establish and sustain SOPs, training programs, and safety procedures
• Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and CAPA processes
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance on operational challenges
• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team
• Track KPIs and drive data-based decisions across the site

About you

• Be able to do the job as described
• Background in medical device, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated manufacturing
• Familiarity with ISO 13485:2016 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification a plus
• Experience in cleanroom or custom silicone manufacturing a plus
