Title: Manufacturing Manager

Salary: $105,000 base salary

Who We Are:

Our client is seeking a hands-on and experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead daily operations across Molding, Assembly, and Maintenance departments in a process-based manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for frontline leadership, production oversight, and continuous improvement, with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

Manufacturing Manager Role:

The Manufacturing Manager will supervise a team of five departmental supervisors, aligning priorities across all shifts and maintaining accountability. The role requires a consistent floor presence to build deep process knowledge and remove obstacles in real time.

Manufacturing Manager Responsibilities:

• Leading structured daily and weekly team meetings to drive alignment and performance.

• Managing production flow in coordination with scheduling and inventory teams.

• Overseeing the execution of maintenance schedules and facility projects.

• Monitoring key performance indicators through an MES system to drive data-informed improvements.

• Collaborating with HR on staffing, performance management, and team development.

• Promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Manufacturing Manager Reporting Relationship:

Reports to the Operations Manager.

About You:

• 5+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing, ideally in plastics or other process-based environments.

• Experience with MES systems and using production data to drive improvements.

• Proven ability to lead teams on the floor while fostering engagement and results.

• Strong understanding of equipment maintenance, reliability, and facility operations.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
