Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies that drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, and delivery
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules are met and resources are utilized effectively
- Lead a team of production staff, providing guidance and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to ensure product specifications and standards are met
- Analyze production metrics and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Coordinate with supply chain to ensure timely availability of materials
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasting production costs and resource requirements
- Implement and maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
Experience & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing management, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies
- Experience in managing production schedules and optimizing resource allocation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Preferred: Familiarity with quality management systems and continuous improvement frameworks
