As a Manufacturing Process Coordinator, you will document processes, integrate them into our digital engineering and manufacturing platform, assist with purchasing activities, and implement improvements that sustain and accelerate production.

    DUTIES:

    Responsible for writing work instructions and documenting processes for work orders.

    Capable of writing clear and structured work instructions based on engineering input, with attention to formatting, accuracy, and clarity for manufacturing teams.

    Comfortable observing and reviewing engineering drawings and models to understand part geometry, assembly steps, and component relationships, with a willingness to learn design conventions specific to aerospace.

    Able to track and manage technical documentation, component lists, and process updates with consistency and precision, even across multiple projects.

    Assisting with purchasing and procurement tasks related to work orders, including materials, tools, and components.

    Comfortable using digital tools and eager to develop proficiency in ERP platforms for entering work orders, materials, and production data.

    Collaborating with each adjacent team (including but not limited to engineering and supply chain) and working individually in a timely manner.

    Able to work effectively across engineering, supply chain, and production teams, asking the right questions and following up proactively to resolve open items.

    Adapting to our digital engineering and manufacturing platform and updating work instructions to improve our production growth.

    Monitoring key performance indicators and helping conduct root cause analysis while implementing corrective actions.

    Demonstrated capacity to take on new challenges, adapt to changing requirements, and grow into expanded responsibilities such as procurement coordination or process improvement.

    SKILLS:

    Work experience within a manufacturing environment (aerospace preferred).

    Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

    Excellent organizational and project management skills.

    Computer proficiency.

    Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

    Excellent communication and attention to detail.

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

    Experience working in ERP systems.

    Familiarity with work orders, purchase orders, and purchasing workflows.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Must be a U.S. Person (Defined as: a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or an individual who has been granted asylum or refugee status, in accordance with U.S. export control regulations such as ITAR and EAR.)

    Willing to commute or relocate.

    Must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business or a related field (or be completing your degree in May of 2025).

    Ability to adapt to constant changes throughout the day.

    EXPECTED HOURS/SCHEDULE:

    Full Time: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM.
