About the Role:

Azar International Inc is looking for a driven and experienced Manufacturing Production Assembly Supervisor to lead our team in Kingston, PA. Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily production assembly operations to meet output targets and deadlines

Monitor workflow, staffing, and equipment to ensure efficient and uninterrupted manufacturing processes

Train, mentor, and evaluate assembly line employees to maintain high performance standards

Enforce safety protocols, OSHA compliance, and company policies across the production floor

Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, quality issues, and equipment concerns in a timely manner

Collaborate with quality control, engineering, and management teams to optimize assembly processes

Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and performance metrics

Requirements:

2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment

Strong knowledge of assembly line operations, lean manufacturing, and production workflows

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of production workers

Familiarity with workplace safety standards and OSHA regulations

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to read and interpret production schedules, work orders, and technical documents

High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or relevant certifications a plus
